The access to all the hiking trails right from the apartment complex is my favorite feature. The private, quiet location and hearing the crickets out the windows at night make it a perfect location for me. The office staff and manager are responsive and friendly, always willing to answer questions and concerns.

The apartments have a great layout, pool and other amenities are great. Killer location, really quiet while still being near enough to downtown without all the noise, traffic and people. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We have been here two years. The apartment's location is amazing! You get to walk out your front door to the mountains/canyon and personally I think it makes having to go to work in the morning a little more enjoyable. The management here is nice and has responded in a timely manner every time we reached out. For the price you couldn't find a better location.
